TimeStamp_laterThan(): This leaked a Python string object whenever it

had to create a new timestamp.  Fixed.

check2ZODBThreads(), check7ZODBThreads():  Close the database when
these tests end.  Else they leak bigtime, obscuring searches for real
leaks.
