This moves a bunch of EXPORT_SYMBOL() statements from armksyms.c
into the file which defines the function/variable such that the
exports are localised.

This also means we can get rid of the ugly __xxx_to_xxx__is_a_macro
in include/asm-arm/arch-*/memory.h
