dt-bindings: display: simple: Add IVO M133NWF4 R0

Define the vendor prefix for InfoVision Optoelectronics and add their
M133NWF4 R0 13.3" FHD (1920x1080) TFT LCD panel to the compatible list
of panel-simple.
