Clarify PAT lifetime documentation

Previously this documentation was using the phrases "expiration date"
and "limit" interchangeably with "lifetime". That was confusing,
because "expiration date" is a different feature. This replaces both
of those confusing phrases with "lifetime" so this word is used
consistently throughout the documentation section.
