Enable Junit reports

With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/30254 Junit
reports were disabled. With
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/issues/928 and
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/30274 solved we
should enable them again.
