Building tags produces warning:

  ctags: Warning: kernel/bpf/local_storage.c:10: null expansion of name pattern "\1"

Let's use the same fix as in commit 25528213 ("tags: Fix DEFINE_PER_CPU
expansions"), even though it violates the usual code style.
