NFSD: Remove iattr parameter from nfsd_symlink()

Commit db2e747b (vfs: remove mode parameter from vfs_symlink())
have remove mode parameter from vfs_symlink.
So that, iattr isn't needed by nfsd_symlink now, just remove it.
