MIPS: mm: uasm: Fix lh micro-assembler instruction

Commit d6b3314b "MIPS: uasm: Add lh uam
instruction" added the 'lh' micro-assembler instruction but it used the
'lw' opcode for it. Fix it by using the correct 'lh' opcode.
