[PATCH] fix ext3 __FUNCTION__ warnings

Patch from Anton Blanchard which replaces

	printk(KERN_FOO __FUNCTION__ ": msg");

with
	printk(KERN_FOO "%s: msg", __FUNCTION__);

in ext3.
