[update] scsi_mid_low_api.txt for slave_configure()++

Attached is an gzipped patch for Documentation/scsi/scsi_mid_low_api.txt found in lk 2.5.50 It replaces slave_attach() (and _detach()) with the new slave_alloc() (_configure() and _destroy()) descriptions.
