JFFS2: Allow NAND driver to disable virtual eraseblocks.

This means that bad blocks lose a lot more space though; allow it to be disabled. Signed-off-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de> Signed-off-by: David Woodhouse <dwmw2@infradead.org>
