Options

cyclades: overall cleanup 

- remove changelog from the file. we don't care about ancient
  history
- update copyright year
- update version
- constify some stuff
- empty lines removal
- unused variables and macros removal
- remove some asm/ includes, they are sucked by linux/ variants
