setup fixes

support-files/Makefile.am:
  New default file added
support-files/mysql.server.sh:
  now mysqlmanager is started using mysql account
support-files/mysql.spec.sh:
  my.cnf copied to the /etc/ to let mysqlmanager start [mysqld] instance at startup
