Some SR assumed that python2.7 extended gcc. Is NEO-ROCKSDB the only test suite that fails because of this commit ?

Basically, any buildout.cfg that referes gcc should extend gcc. I don't remember why we don't extend gcc in component/mariadb/mariarocks.cfg but gcc should be extended somewhere in the chain that uses mariarocks.cfg.
