Add a script and a ZSQLMethod to reindex latest indexed objects. Typical use is when restoring a ZODB which is older than current catalog by some known amount of time. For that amount of time, it unindexes all objects which are indexed but do not exist in ZODB and reindex all the others.

Add a new column to catalog which is automatically updated by MySQL when each catalog row is modified.
Update z_catalog_object_list to explicitely give the updated columns, otherwise MySQL complains that not all columns are updated.

It is valid to unindex an object without providing it (eg, an object is indexed but does not exist any more), so make "object" parameter optionnal.
Add a test to check that at least one way to find an object to unindex is given.

Move hidden fields to right group in fast input form. This simplifies field sort and reduces a small gap at top.
Make my_target_total_price a well-formated float field instead of a string field.
