Also do micro upgrade from util-linux 2.37.1 to 2.37.2, which was in
component/libuuid.

apr and apr-util are now build separately. I'm not sure there was any
benefit with that approach of copying the directories inside apache
source tree before build.

Using extra modules, like apache-antiloris require to install apache in
non-shared mode.

This also removes apache-antiloris from cloudooo and erp5 stacks so that
they can use apache as shared. Even if the section was installed, this
was not used anywhere.

Since default openssl component is 1.1 and is not compatible with this
component, use openssl-1.0.

aspell-en-dictionary, groonga-normalizer-mysql, file-msooxml, apache-antiloris are not shareable, they write files in other parts.

Revert "change the location of apr and apr-util to follow 316b8a5858." because now they are again installed under parts/apache.

This reverts commit 56d3db33.
