One dependency less.

For some reason res list can contain unicode strings (requinfo maybe).
This makes manage_debug_thread return a raw unicode object, which is
unreadable. So, if a unicode object is found, encode it as utf-8.

Thanks to this no inplace code changes are required to activate product
functionality.

Is not developed anymore. Produced replacements (z3c.deadlockdebugger)
are not working on enough low level and fail to work in on busy Zope
nodes.

This version will be capable of reading configuration from zope.conf.
