Fixed error during on-the-fly edition. When you edit one object, the size of block increase wrongly because border was added as a part of size. So 2 pixels was added every edition.

destination_administration no longer acquire on causality, but acquires on
order, so use order for now (but this order acquisition is probably wrong as

Change InvoiceTransactionRule_asCellRange to use the IDs and not relative_url, because after a copy & paste, matrix range was not applicable (relative_url contains the full path of the object). This will require manual migration of existing documents.
