The cold to reactivate an activity could sometimes switch to 'Anonymous User' and not switch back.

Move the user switching logic to inside the 'try' block that restores the user afterwards.

Get testBusinessTemplate to work on CMF 2.2. Add a fake manage_addWorkflow method to portal_workflow, and switch to adding erp5_workflows instead of dc_workflows, which are much harder to add programatically on CMF 2.2

- use proxy_listbox_ids on every relation_string_field and multi_relation_string_field
- fix some small problems (like on ApparelSize_viewCustomerSize, it was not possible to enter title size because of the wrong naming of the field).

Make sure that enabling a Preference (which generates a reindex activity) in a business template installation is wrapped into proper execution activity order. This is required to prevent calling an recursiveReindexObject on a deleted object.
