Don't use squash because in this way we will lost the history.

add inotifix explicitly in eggs target of stack/erp5 so that generated python2.6 script can load slapos.cookbook.

Related problem was fixed by zc.buildout update.

Maatkit is not maintained any more and is replaced by Percona
Toolkit (http://www.percona.com/software/percona-toolkit/).
hostname symlink was added in bin folder of partition since
it is used by some of the percona toolkit tools.

Drop ERP5's stack workaround, as pycrypto component is now responsible
for delivering correctly configured egg.

This allow to install erp5 until proper solution will be found.

They are not available on pypi.
