the condition "request.get('field_came_from')" was present two times in the tales which is useless. Change expression "here.absolute_url() + '/view'" to here.getPermanentURL(here);

When logout, website root instead use view at url. View should one empty list box, which is not desired to show when logout.

add 404 default error page in case web page are not found. It will be possible to define a reference on the website configuration layout to display another customize 404 error page.

use "object" tag instead of "iframe" which is forbidden in XHTML 1.0 strict. Remove onload=resizeIFrameOnLoad event which is not allowed in object element (in iframe too) because since r34301, resizeIFrameOnLoad will be called at body load time. This should make the whole page XHTML 1.0 valid.

move WebSite_viewLatestAdditionList from erp5_km to erp5_web as it is used as list_action in erp5_web_widget_library/WebSection_viewLatestDocumentListGadget/listbox.

Move getting title of a published in web ERP5 object in a separate script so other parts of ERP5 Web (KM) can reuse it.

All RAM Cache Manager object from erp5_web had the same id than user_ram_cache from erp5_xhtml_style. So the cache used was always the same for this five caches.
After investigation this problem come from the fact that this cache object have been cloned each others and it appears that a zope bug didn't change the cache id in this cases. We are working to solve the zope bug to not have this behaviour anymore on next clonned caches, but for now, this commit fix existing ones.

Improvements to WebSection_viewSubjectIndexRenderer, "last_subject = subject.subject" was missing, so grouping was not done. Also use the fact that catalog ignores empty string to pass language=''

* remove WebSection_getPermanentURLForView which was bad (see bug #1507) and use getPermanentUrl() from WebSection.py.
* WebSection_getPermanentUrl script is not used anymore (and should never be used, it should be called only by getPermanentUrl() from WebSection.py). Now by default, getPermanentUrl(document) always return a link to html content. If you want to get a link to a file (ie. openoffice document, pdf document, ...) you should explicitly specify it :
getPermanentUrl(document, view=False)
