  * all widget.render_odt are renamed to widget.render_odt_view
  * field.render_odt call widget.render_odt or widget.render_odt_view
    according request parameter (editable_mode) or field configuration.
  * Backward compatibility is kept: widget.render_odt fallback to widget.render_odt_view
  * CheckBoxField now implement both editable modes

If a tab is rendered inline make a simple check and show a message to user if tab can not be rendered.
This is especially nasty when for example user tries to open a tab, it fails (then tabs' Id cookie is saved in user browser). Next page view will brake whole ERP5 front page (then this failing tab is loaded inlined).

Show nice "server side error" message rather than "Loading ..." forever in case asynchronous request to server did not succeeded (due to server side error).

In 32760 isTransitionPossible was used to test if portal type is associated
with a workflow providing such transition. It was wrong oversimplification.

It is required to test each object if expiration can be made, so it will solve
both issues - object is not related with workflow providing such action and
object is in state, from which expiration is not possible.

Add a test to reproduce a bug that to cancel a bug causes an authorization failer. Because canceling a bug try to create an event by the after script, but the script can not create an event when cancelled state except a manager role user.
