When we modify a transaction with a grouping reference, reset this grouping reference if the group is not longer valid after modification

Fix log levels. This will hide by default "This should not happen often." message, which is only interesting when tracking down performance problems.

ContentProperties, and only one of them is changed, _edit()'s behaviour could
have been unpredictable.

This is fixed by looping once more over unordered and unmodified properties.
Ordered properties (through edit_order) are not affected.
