This script is meant to produce htpasswd file without installing apache

Also fetch software type when fetching parameters from web.

It may avoid filling buffer and blocking i/o.

 Slapgrid now use standard pidfile.
 StopProxy Kill it.

Some features like saving parameters don't need it.
