In view mode, if form does not exists uses template/title_or_id as form_id. This is required to use a custom page template instead of a form, like BusinessTemplate_viewSvnStatus does.

Add a monkey patch for PersistentMapping so that calling Foo.copy() will not cause 'Foo' to be marked as modified and saved again to ZODB (there is persistence-unfriendly code in python's UserDict "copy" method).
