- Adding workflow scripts in documentation helper for ODT

Since Delivery Tool and Order Tool are no longer included in erp5_core, I remove tests for viewing these tools.

Report & domain listbox icons should not be disabled explicitly in gadget mode. Respective gadget form's listbox settings should be adjusted instead.

* Movement Group becomes ERP5 Document. See http://www.erp5.org/HowToConfigureBuilder for the detail.
* add _duplicate() in CopySupport.py. This method is similar to copy and paste, but it preserves workflow history.
* add a new target solver CopyAndPropagate.py that updates values according to passed divergence list and propagate them.

check that the modified name is not none. This improve a lot the perf. Previously this mistake make some pages to take 3 minutes to be totally loaded. Now it's about one second or less.
