was looking at all generated properties. This is
totally useless usually for PropertyManager to
deals with generated properties, because we use it
to manage local properties.

Add new option on (Multi)RelationFields to enable edition of distant objects other than current context: context_getter_id
It will be useful to some properties on object hidden to users.
like edit assignment's subordination from Person_view;
     edit Arrow categories of Open Sale Order Lines from Subscription Items;
     any many others use cases...

- improve speed by not parsing all day of year day by day
- improve speed by looking at much less object in zodb and use
what provides getInventoryList
- do as little as possible object retrieval to display project lines title
- make this report working for task reports associated to projects
(before it was working only with project lines)
- make this report working in another context than a project, so this
means it will be able to show results for different projects
