Elaborated the documentation for the MailHost API somewhat.

MailHost: Sends mail through an SMTP server.
MailHosts allow you to send mail via the Simple Mail Transfer
Protocol (SMTP).
This object can be used by the <dtml-sendmail> tag to handle
delivery of mail.
