- upgraded to ZODB 3.4.3

Fixes issue with AcceleratedHTTPCacheManager sending PURGE from a
virtual-hosted zope, and adds a bunch of related tests and comments.

Collector #2072: Applied patch to fix problem with overly restrictive __bobo_traverse__ security and tests. (2.8 branch)

- Added placeless.py for Z3-style setup. Thanks to Whit Morriss.

      - Applied patch by Yoshinori Okuji to fix some XML export/import
        problems

- I still believe this was the Right Thing to do, but not everybody agrees

Fix for #940: open pagetemplate files in universal line-endings mode to avoid python compilation problems

and 'ZCacheable_getManagerURL'.

Move to pywin32 build 207, and repair mangling of installer bitmaps.
These should have been done before the 2.8.6 tag was made.

Under Python 2.4 the ZPublisher would allow publication of 'set' and
'frozenset' attributes.

      - Collector #2002: fixed broken 'ls -R' functionality (didn't
        recurse properly subclasses of OFS.Folder)

Note that it's already automatically put on the PYTHONPATH by Zope, it just
wasn't there yet by default.
