Added an optional explicit argument to the mkzopeinstance script, which allows to specify the Python interpreter to use for the instance. Updated the installation docs with this and note how to create an instance directly from the Zope SVN checkout

rather then runzope to avoid all the hassle with
not detaching and thus mysteriously stopping zopes.

Major service enhancements.  Service cleanly shuts down child, and if child
fails the tail of the process output (which generally contains a traceback)
is
written to the event log.

Minor tweaks to the Windows build 'clean' process and documentation tweaks.

Don't kill the service if we can't write to the event log
