Changed to not depend on bash-specific shell features, so the script
can be (and is, by default) run with sh.

  Structured Text module with table support

  A paragraph that has blocks of text enclosed in '||' is treated as a
  table. The text blocks correspond to table cells and table rows are
  denoted by newlines. By default the cells are center aligned. You can
  change the defaults by modifying the CELL,ROW and TABLE class
  attributes in class Table. A cell can span more than one column by
  preceding a block of text with an equivalent number of cell separators
  '||'. Newlines and '|' cannot be a part of the cell text. If you need
  newlines use <BR>. For example:

is not the same as the URL. If a management_view variable is set, then this rather than
the URL will be consulted to determine the selected management view of the the management
screen. The selected view is displayed in a lighter color than the other tabs, and can be
used to determine the help screen.

An easy way to define the management_view variable is to set it when creating a HTMLFile,
for example,

  manage_findForm=HTMLFile('findForm', globals(), management_view='Find')

Added basic help screens for Zope products. Some of these maybe moved to other Products (e.g. ZCatalog help should probably be in the ZCatalog Product). These files were generated from ZCMR.xml (Zope Content Manager's Reference, a DocBook document in the ZopeDoc cvs repository) via XSLT. Yeeha!

seem to know when its done sending stdin and ZServer hangs waiting for
it. The patch makes ZServer ignore stdin if there is no Content-Length
and makes it stop looking if Content-Length or more bytes have already
been read.
