The implementation uses its own Engine and traverse since browser 
pages configured through ZCML are looked up by a bobo_traverse()
hack. However the standdard simpleTraverse() method of zope.tales.
expressions only performs the traversal using __getitem__(). So we
define our own traverser that also tries a traversal using 
restrictedTraverse().

The code is still ugly, needs some more cleanup and renaming.

We don't need to do any real input processing if we are handling a PUT request because in practice, the body is never mime-encoded.  This is an optimization especially because FieldStorage creates an additional tempfile if we allow it to parse the body, and PUT uploads can tend to be large.

In particular, this will be important for upload of large blobs.

This is the code used to build the Zope 2.9.0 Windows installer.

It bundles Python 2.4.2, lives in peace with zpkgtools, moves
to InnoSetup 5, and simplifies most parts of the build-the-
installer process.

Othere tests don't pass though, maybe I think due to __implemented__ and
__provides__ attributes in the persistentclass state.

  Make instances have a lib/python directory with a proper README.txt by default.
  Note that it's already automatically put on the PYTHONPATH by Zope, it just
  wasn't there yet by default.
