For the most part zope.testbrowser is fine now. It's test depend on way too much stuff, but that is hard to fix.

Let's not bother with the transitive dependencies of zope.app.testing, there's actually many more horrors... the real deal is to remove zope.app.testing from the zope.* packages

Another one bites the dust - Removed the dependency on zope.app.publication in favor of new versions of zope.publisher and zope.traversing.

LP #496941:  Remove all mention of ``standard_html_header`` and ``standard_html_footer`` from default DTML content.

- fix LP #461446: zopectl in interactive mode exited when the start/stop/etc commands were used
- zopectl status now works on Windows
- zopectl fg doesn't bomb if you hit Ctrl-C in Windows anymore.

Merge 105060 from branch 2.12: Fix HelpSys to work with zope.interface.Interface as it did before the deprecated methods of scarecrow Interface.Interface were removed.

(setuptools is a hard-dependency for Zope 2)
