Made a small change to allow new user and group name display in FTP long directory listings. This should probably be redone so that we don't modify a medusa module.

This is my fault. Inheritence doesn't really work well for
customizing response behavior here because we may need to customize
multiple request types.  I'll try using delagation instead.

Added simple minded ownership detection to FTP long directory listings, by looking for users with local roles of 'Owner'.

Fixed z2.py to reject negative port numbers. This fixes Daniel Drucker's problem of starting ZServer with "-w -2" as command line arguments.

Changed the user interface for the ZClass Factory and add method wizard. I think it is much clearer now.

Updated to a newer version of select_trigger.py It seems to work OK with win32 now that Jim changed the way ZServer shutsdown medusa. Also this new select trigger should resolve the sort of permissions problems reported by Alex Rice since it uses a pipe, not a socket file in the /tmp directory.
