V4L/DVB (13323): gspca - zc3xx: Adjust the exchanges of sensors mi0360soc and pb0330.

- the pb03303x exchanges were the mi0360soc ones
- add the new sensor mi0360soc
- the new exchanges are taken from the info file of the ms-win driver
  of the webcams 0ac8:301b and 0ac8:303b (vm30x.inf)
