[ARM PATCH] 2062/2: Initial support for s3c2440 cpus

Patch from Ben Dooks

Resend of Patch 2062/1 with the commenbts from rmk
applied, so that CPU_S3C2410 / CPU_S3C2440 are 
automatically selected without user intervention
