KVM: x86: Add a return value to kvm_emulate_cpuid

Once skipping the emulated instruction can potentially trigger an exit to
userspace (via KVM_GUESTDBG_SINGLESTEP) kvm_emulate_cpuid will need to
propagate a return value.
