virtio-blk: replace ida_simple[get|remove] with ida_[alloc_range|free]

ida_simple[get|remove] are deprecated, and are just wrappers to
ida_[alloc_range|free]. Replace ida_simple[get|remove] with their
corresponding counterparts.

No functional changes.
