Merge branch 'pci/aer'

- Unexport pci_save_aer_state() since it's only used in drivers/pci/ (Bjorn
  Helgaas)

- Drop recommendation for drivers to configure AER Capability, since the
  PCI core does this for all devices (Dave Jiang, Bjorn Helgaas)
