[PATCH] V4L: 926: Saa7134 alsa can only be autoloaded after saa7134 is active

- Saa7134-alsa can only be autoloaded after saa7134 is active
- Applied pertinent changes proposed by the ALSA team
- dsp_nr replaced by ALSA's index[]
