ALSA: hda: use PCI_BASE_CLASS_DISPLAY to replace PCI_CLASS_DISPLAY_VGA

Except PCI_CLASS_DISPLAY_VGA, some PCI class is sometimes
PCI_CLASS_DISPLAY_3D or PCI_CLASS_DISPLAY_OTHER.
