Pull nfsd bugfixes from Bruce Fields:
 "Three small nfsd bugfixes (including one locks.c fix for a bug
  triggered only from nfsd).

  Jeff's patches are for long-existing problems that became easier to
  trigger since the addition of vfs delegation support"
