staging: brcm80211: removed unused #ifdef sections in fullmac

CONFIG_MACH_SANDGATE2G, CONFIG_MMC_MSM7X00A,
CONFIG_HAS_EARLYSUSPEND and CONFIG_WIFI_CONTROL_FUNC were never
defined.
