[PATCH] move rme96xx to Documentation/sound/oss/

From Hans Ulrich Niedermann

All sound documentation with the exception of the OSS rme96xx
documentation is under Documentation/sound/{alsa,oss}.

Move the rme966xx docs, and fix the Kconfig comments
