x86/paravirt: Use CONFIG_PARAVIRT_XXL instead of CONFIG_PARAVIRT

There are some code parts using CONFIG_PARAVIRT for Xen pvops related
issues instead of the more stringent CONFIG_PARAVIRT_XXL.
