Merge branch 'bcm63xx_enet-small-fixes-and-cleanups'

Jonas Gorski says:

====================
bcm63xx_enet: small fixes and cleanups

bit. It also adds a bit more managed function usage to simplify clock
and iomem usage.

Based on net-next.
