  CHECK is not possible in stored procedures.
sql/sql_parse.cc:
  Undid attempt to fix CHECK in stored procedures, it didn't work.
sql/sql_yacc.yy:
  CHECK is not possible in stored procedures.
  (And updated error messages for LOCK/UNLOCK.)
