hostname symlink was added in bin folder of partition since

Drop ERP5's stack workaround, as pycrypto component is now responsible
for delivering correctly configured egg.

So put out gmp as self component.

This allow to install erp5 until proper solution will be found.

They are not available on pypi.

install libcurses.so that is just a symlink to libncurses.so, because some software tries to find it first.

Additionaly this selects different lxml egg, and "disables" lxml building hack.
