Initial revision of task_workflow. Permissions added. Simplified variable handling (which were not that useful, the previous idea was that the user would enter at each transition the confirmed date, which is nice but not consistent with the rest of ERP5. Also, state_change['object'] was not accessible at object creation)

A project is no longer considered as an order (result of discussion of august 2006 and joint design with Rafael). Orders should hold the "offer" hierarchiczal structure (with requirements, people, etc.) while projects are only a tool for reporting and structuring tasks, accounting, etc. I implemented a quick and dirty project_workflow to make project usable in a configuration with security. But the project module has still be be reviewed to integrate what is useful in the sev project and to integrate all the design of august 2006. Same for order.

Added a security policy which is able to combine parent (for group) and no parent (for the rest). It can be useful to generate groups such as AF-ACC-MAN_NXD* (any accounting manager in Nexedi group) for users

In current implementation, PlanningBox will generate conflict errors, as data
are saved on Widget object each time a PlanningBox is rendered. It has to be
fixed.
