Temporary files are not always created in the same partition that instance home, so we cannot use os.rename.

Update PropertySheetTestCase to commit transactions when creating and editing property sheets.

When a parameter is not delegated, check that the value is defined on the proxy field (and not only in TALES), because there is no default value for the parameter on a proxy field.

Add a dummy argument to catalogObjectList so that activities passing idxs don't fail. This will solve problems in many unit tests failing since parameters are transmited to function when executed on a group of objects.
Add a log if a value was passed to warn that the value is not taken into account, and to make explicit that the parameter is just a dummy.

Remove useless spaces at end of line (sorry for poluting annotate with code I don't actually change).
Create marker activity in ERP5Site_reindexAll and InventoryModule_reindexMovementList to be able to check when activities created by those scripts are over.
Folder_reindexAll:
  Separate actualy activity parameters from activate()'s parameters.
  Remove duplicate definition of [...]_kw dict.
  Factorise activate() calls.
  Define a constant for object bundle length.
  Don't use objectValues to get object ids.
  Use list slice to generate a list of a fixed number of elements.
Folder_reindexObjectList:
  Separate actualy activity parameters from activate()'s parameters.
  Add a check to avoid reindexation failure when an object scheduled for indexation is deleted when indexation takes place.

Define an accessor to get hot reindexing state.
Remove unneeded get_transaction().commit().
Make finishHotReindexing both update hot reindex state and swap the catalogs.
Defne a function to cancel a runing hot reindexing.
Factorize playBackRecordedObjectList code and make it re-scedule its own call to avoid working on many object in one transaction while allowing to remove commit()s.
Insert last reserved uid at reindexing end.
Remove manage_hotReindexAll default values to remove "erp5" reference in this code (which should be ERP5-independant). Note that there are still explicit c
alls to ERP5Site_reindexAll.
Describe manage_hotReindexAll more completely.
Check first if hot reindex is already runing to avoid wasting time generating lists when the function would anyway later fail on this check.
Use introspection to avoid calling getUid on object where it's not available.
Remove a useless try...except (was usefull when there were commit()s).
Update ZMI message telling hot reindex was started.
Update ZMI page to remove an outdated comment.
